You’ll need a UAE trade license (e.g. DED Trader or Intelaq) and a Dubai Municipality food permit. We review documents by hand and help you get set up.
On an AED 100 order, the platform fee is AED 5. Compare that with 25–35% on delivery apps.
Questions, answered
Do you deliver?
No, and that’s the point. Pick Up is curbside pickup only: you collect your order fresh, straight from the kitchen that made it. No delivery fees, no drivers, no half-hour in a hot bag.
Who can sell on Pick Up?
Only licensed home food businesses. Sellers upload their UAE trade license and Dubai Municipality food permit, and we verify the documents before their store can open. Cafés and restaurants join in a later phase.
How do payments work?
Pay in the app with Apple Pay or card, processed securely by Stripe, and the kitchen only sees your order once payment is confirmed. Prefer cash? Choose cash on pickup and pay at the window.
What if I can’t make my pickup window?
You can message the kitchen from your order, and cancel before they start preparing. Someone else can also collect for you: scheduled orders use the “I’m here” button, so whoever drives simply taps it on arrival.

We’re launching in Dubai first, with the rest of the UAE and the wider GCC to follow.
